  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • We will notify you if there is any delay in processing your order or if we need additional information to complete it.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping methods to suit your needs, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Below are our standard shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next business day if ordered before 12:00 PM (local time).

Please note that shipping times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary based on external factors such as weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery address.
  • For orders within the U.S., we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
  • International shipping rates vary depending on the country and order weight. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

4. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. If your country is eligible for international shipping, the available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout. Please note:

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international shipments. These fees are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

In case of damaged items, please take photos of the damaged products and packaging and send them to us for assessment.
